Malak Arjan

Saud Shehatha Construction built Malak Arjan for developer Malak Al Reem in one of Dubai's new and peaceful residential communities. The low-rise building pairs modern architecture with privacy: a ground floor and four residential floors are arranged in a hollow square around a central open courtyard, which serves as the shared amenities zone with a gym, a swimming pool and relaxing community spaces.

The inward-facing layout gives residents a high level of privacy in a calm, cohesive environment, suited to families and individuals looking for comfort and a connection to nature in the city.
