Makkah Markets — Aswaq Makkah

Saud Shehatha Construction built this two-storey commercial building in Sharjah for developer Malak Al Reem. It is home to the well-known retail brand Aswaq Makkah, and its contemporary commercial design combines functionality with a modern aesthetic.

The building serves as a large-scale supermarket and retail hub, laid out for high customer flow, easy navigation and a strong brand presence. Its bold façade, clean lines and modern materials set a new standard for commercial retail architecture in Sharjah.
