Project story
Saud Shehatha Construction is building Bella Vida for developer Malak Al Reem: a modern community of 47 townhouse villas in Al Barsha South, Dubai. The villas follow a contemporary architectural approach and are fitted with smart-home systems for comfort and efficiency.
Alongside the homes, the community brings together shared amenities: a swimming pool, a gym, a children's play area and outdoor seating spaces, integrated to support a high-quality lifestyle and community interaction. Handover is expected in July 2026.
